Lines begining with a period '.'

description

The issue is basically the one described in:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6602318/

Basically, SMTP servers prefix all lines beginning with a period with a second period, to avoid confusion with the "end of message" period command.

This minor annoyance gets severe when it happens next to a period that is part of an URL - causing it to break.

When used with "Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable", the bug likelyness increases significantly.
