Error: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted

When you see this message on the SSFD interface it means that another service is listening on the same port (usually 25) as SSFD

The culprit of this dastardly deed is usually IIS SMTP Service, which you can find in the IIS Manager

Once you switch this off, you can run SSFD in its place
